Round tables

maximum three participants, 40 minutes followed by 15 minutes for Q&A. Should be 500 words maximum (excluding references) and focus on the knowledge gained and/or challenges encountered in the use of descriptors in the learning/teaching or assessment of languages. The proposals should include the name of the three participants, the contextualization of the research conducted/the institutional context and the structure of the round table proposed.

EasyChair is an international online platform used by academic conferences to manage abstract and paper submissions, peer review, and acceptance decisions.

Yes. Before submitting, you must create a free account at easychair.org.
After confirming your email, you can log in and access the submission page of the conference.

Visit the official conference website and click the submission link or button, for example:
👉 https://easychair.org/conferences/?conf=finedesc2026 You’ll be redirected to the conference page on EasyChair, where you can log in or sign up.

Yes. As long as the submission deadline has not passed, you can log in to EasyChair and modify your abstract or replace the uploaded file. Once the deadline closes, further changes will be locked.

All submissions are evaluated by the Scientific Committee of the conference via EasyChair.
NaturalDe Marketing, as the Technical Secretariat, does not take part in the review or decision process.

Yes. Once your submission is completed successfully, EasyChair automatically sends a confirmation email to the address linked to your account.

You will receive a notification email once the review process has been completed.
You can also check the status of your submission anytime by logging into EasyChair.
